2nd tranche of tariff concessions as per India Mauritius CECPA

Seeks to amend notification No. 25/2021-Customs, dated 31-03-2021 to give effect to 2nd tranche of tariff concessions as per India Mauritius CECPA- NOTIFICATION No. 17/2022-Customs

G.S.R. 247(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.25/2021-Customs, dated the 31st March, 2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 241 (E), dated the 31st March, 2021, namely :-

In the said notification, –

III. For TABLE 1, the following Table shall be substituted, namely: –

Note : The principal notification No. 25/2021-Customs, dated the 31st March, 2021 was published in the Gazette of India, vide number G.S.R. 241(E), dated the 31st March, 2021 and was last amended by notification No. 60/2021-Customs, dated the 30th December, 2021, published in the Gazette of India, vide number G.S.R 917(E), dated the 30th December, 2021.
