Notification regarding courses offered by world class foreign universities in GIFT City
S.O. 2374(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (xiv) of clause (e), of subsection (1) of section 3 of the International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019 (50 of 2019), the Central Government hereby notifies courses offered in Financial Management, FinTech, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics by foreign universities or foreign institutions in the International Financial Services Centre, as financial service.
- This notification shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
