Central Government designates the courts of Anti-Corruption- NOTIFICATION
S.O. 4603(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Prevention of Money- laundering Act,2002 (15 of 2003) and in addition to the earlier notification number S.O. 372(E), dated the 5th February, 2016 of the Government of India in Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue and in consultation with the Chief Justice of High Court of Allahabad, the Central Government hereby designates the courts of Anti-Corruption, C.B.I. Lucknow and Ghaziabad in the State of Uttar Pradesh as Special Court(s) as mentioned in the Table below, for the area (s) specified in the said Table against the said court, for trial of offences punishable under section 4 of the Prevention of Money laundering Act, 2002.
