No. 54-BYE-EL(1)/8/2022.—In pursuance of sub-rule (3) of rule 12 of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India hereby notifies that the Panel for the scrutiny of nominations for bye-election to the Twenty Fifth Council from Western India Regional Constituency to be held in September, 2022, shall be composed of the following:-
