Election to the Twenty Sixth Council and Twenty Fifth Regional Councils.
In pursuance of sub-rule (1) of Rule 13 of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006 read with sub-regulation (10) of Regulation 134 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the List of Valid Nominations for election to the Twenty Sixth Council and Twenty Fifth Regional Councils is being sent to each candidate whose nomination has been accepted by the Panel for Scrutiny. It may be mentioned that under Rule 14 of the aforesaid Rules, Withdrawal of candidature can be made by a Candidate by giving a Notice in his/her own hand and signed by him/her and have it delivered to the undersigned CA. (Dr.) Jai Kumar Batra, Returning Officer and Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi – 110002 on or before 6.00 P.M. on 21st October, 2024. Any Candidate who has given Notice of Withdrawal of his/her candidature shall not be allowed to Cancel or Withdraw that Notice.
