Rescind the various notifications which have become redundant- Notification No. 05/2022-Customs

Seeks to rescind Notification Nos. 10/95-Customs, 26/99-Customs, 27/2004-Customs, 14/2006-Customs, 48/2006-Customs, 90/2007-Customs, 8/2011-Customs, 24/2011-Customs, 49/2013-Customs, 23/2014- Customs, 37/2015-Customs, 11/2016-Customs, 20/2020-Customs, 40/2020-Customs which have become redundant.

G.S.R. 79(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act,
1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-sections (1) and (8) of section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide corresponding numbers G.S.R. as specified in column (3) of the said Table, with effect from a date as specified in column (4) of the said Table, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, namely:-
