Central Government hereby makes following rules to amend the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal

G.S.R. 426(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes following rules to amend the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad and Debts Recovery Tribunals at Allahabad, Ranchi, Jabalpur, Patna, Lucknow and Dehradun Recruitment Rules, 2018, namely:—
- Short title and Commencement.-
(1) These rules may be called the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad and Debts Recovery Tribunals at Allahabad, Ranchi, Jabalpur, Patna, Lucknow and Dehradun Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2021.
(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad and Debts Recovery Tribunals at Allahabad, Ranchi, Jabalpur, Patna, Lucknow and Dehradun Recruitment Rules, 2018,—
(a) in the third Schedule, against serial number 3, in the entries under Column (3), for the words “Central Government”, the word “President” shall be substituted;
(b) for the Fourth Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:—
