Appointment of the part-time Member in Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) – Notification
S.O. 5342(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) Act, 2013, the Central Governmnet hereby appoints Ms. Vandita Kaul (IPoS 1989), Additional Secretary, Department of Financial Services, as Part-time Member, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (vice Shri Madnesh Kumar Mishra), with immediate effect, for the duration of her tenure in her present appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
