ICAI Campus Placement Programme 2026 – Registration, Eligibility, Dates & Guidelines

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the 64th ICAI Campus Placement Programme for April–May 2026 for newly qualified Chartered Accountants.

This placement drive provides an opportunity for CA Final pass candidates to secure employment with leading organisations through ICAI’s official placement platform.

In this article, we cover registration process, eligibility criteria, placement centres, interview dates, and important rules for candidates.

ICAI Campus Placement 2026 – Registration Process

Candidates who wish to participate in the placement programme must register through the ICAI Placement Portal.

Steps to Register

1. Visit the placement portal and create login credentials using your CA Final Roll Number.
2. Verify and update your candidate profile.
3. Fill in required details such as:
   • Personal details
   • Contact information
   • Educational qualifications
   • Articleship completion date
4. Upload required documents:
   • CA Final mark sheets
   • Recent photograph
5. Pay the registration fee of ₹1,500 (including GST).

Note: The registration fee once paid cannot be refunded.

ICAI Campus Placement 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

Candidates belonging to the following categories can participate in the campus drive.

1. January 2026 CA Final Pass Candidates

Candidates who:

• Passed both groups of CA Final in January 2026, and
• Will complete articleship on or before 30 June 2026.

2. November 2025 CA Final Pass Candidates

Candidates who:

• Passed CA Final in November 2025,
• Will complete articleship between 1 March 2026 and 30 June 2026, and
• Did not participate in the previous campus placement drive (Dec 2025 – Jan 2026).

3. Reverification / Revaluation Candidates

Candidates who:

• Applied for verification of marks for CA Final November 2025,
• Received revised results after 31 January 2026, and
• Did not participate in the previous campus drive.

ICAI Campus Placement Centres 2026

Candidates can select:

• One Big Centre, and
• One Small Centre

Candidates opting only for smaller centres may register until 30 April 2026.

ICAI Campus Orientation Schedule 2026

ICAI will conduct orientation sessions before the campus interviews.

Interview Consent Rule

• Candidates may give consent to a maximum of four companies at the big centre.
• If not selected, they may again give consent to four companies at the small centre.

Once consent is provided, the candidate must attend the interview.

Offer Acceptance Rules

Recruiters will update interview results on the placement portal.

Selected candidates must:

1. Login to the portal
2. Submit the online declaration
3. Accept the offer within the given deadline

Important rule:

• A candidate can accept only one job offer through the campus process.

After acceptance, the candidate will not be eligible for further interviews.

Commitment Policy

If a candidate:

• Accepts a campus offer but
• Fails to join the organisation

Then the candidate must pay ₹5,000 as commitment charges to ICAI.

ICAI may also:

• Disqualify the candidate from future campus placement drives
• Restrict access to the ICAI Job Portal

ICAI Membership Requirement

Candidates should apply for ICAI Membership immediately after passing CA Final.

If the membership number has not been received yet:

• Upload the required undertaking on the portal
• Mention the expected date for submission of Membership Form 2

Special Permission for Candidates Below 21 Years

Candidates who have completed:

• Articleship
• AICITSS / Advanced MCS

but are below 21 years of age must obtain prior approval from ICAI before participating.
