Opportunities at Smaller Centres

If a candidate is not selected at the big centre, their profile will be transferred to their second-choice smaller centre.

After this transfer:

  • The candidate will receive four new opportunities to give consent to companies at the smaller centre.

Pre-Placement Presentations

Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs) will not be conducted physically at the interview centres.

Instead, shortlisted candidates can access company presentations through their candidate login on the placement portal.

These presentations provide information about:

  • Job role
  • Location of posting
  • Salary structure (CTC)
  • Other employment details

Group Discussion (GD)

Some companies may conduct Group Discussions (GD) during the interview process.

The details will be communicated to candidates via:

  • Registered email ID, or
  • Placement portal notifications

Candidates should regularly check their email and portal login.

Shortlisting by Companies

The shortlisting process is completely managed by participating organisations.

Typical factors considered include:

  • Academic performance
  • Number of attempts in examinations
  • Articleship completion status
  • Additional qualifications or achievements

The maximum number of shortlisted candidates is generally limited to 10 times the number of vacancies declared.

If the number of eligible candidates exceeds this limit, companies may use random selection methods.

Second Round of Shortlisting

Companies may conduct a second round of shortlisting if they receive insufficient consents in the first round.

The second round may include candidates who:

  • Were not shortlisted in Round 1
  • Were shortlisted but did not give consent
  • Gave consent to three or fewer companies

Candidates shortlisted in Round 2 must provide consent within the specified timeline.

Interview Attendance Requirement

Candidates must attend all interviews for which they have given consent.

However, once a candidate:

  • Receives a job offer, and
  • Submits the acceptance declaration,

they cannot appear for further interviews.

Interview Schedule and Venue

  • Interviews are typically conducted between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • All interviews will be conducted in physical mode at designated centres.
  • Venue details will be published on the placement portal.

Documents Required for Interviews

Candidates must carry:

  • Printed Photo Identity Card from the placement portal
  • Printout of their online candidate profile

Companies may request additional documents, which will be communicated through the portal.

Online Payment of Registration Fee

The registration fee of ₹1,500 must be paid online.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards

Cash payments are not permitted.

Payment Issues

If payment is successful but a Centre Code is not generated, candidates should:

  1. Wait 24 hours for the system to generate the code.
  2. If the code is still not generated, make the payment again before the registration deadline.

Any extra payment will be refunded.

Refunds for the April–May 2026 programme are expected to be processed in July 2026.
