Amendment in Export policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran – NOTIFICATION No. 21/2023
S.O. 3405(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in Chapter 23 of the Schedule -2 of ITC HS export policy related to export policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran:

- Effect of the Notification:
Export policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran is amended from ‘Free’ to ‘Prohibited’ with immediate effect upto 30.11.2023.
