Amendment in Export Policy of Red Sanders wood exclusively sourced from cultivation origin obtained from private land (including Pattaland) and Confiscated source- NOTIFICATION No. 50/ 2015-2020
S.O. 6072(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act,1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the policy condition of Red Sanders (Pterocarpussantulinus) under Chapter 44 of ITC (HS), 2018, Schedule — 2 (Export Policy).
- The existing entries against SI. No. 188 and 188A in Chapter 44 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import Items shall be substituted as follows:
- Effect of this Notification:
Red Sanders quota for both Artificially propagated and confiscated red sander wood/logs is notified under Sl. No. 188 and 188A.
