Appointment of Chairman, Export Inspection Council (EIC)
S.O. 1273(E).—In exercise of the powers under Section 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963) read with rule 3 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Rules, 1964, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, (Department of Commerce) number S.O. 2230(E) dated the 6th July, 2020 namely: –
In the said Notification, for serial number 1and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely; –
