Enabling provisions for import of inputs that are subjected to mandatory Quality Control Orders (QCOs) by Advance Authorisation holders, EOU and SEZ – Public Notice No. 31 /2024-25

S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes amendment in Appendix 2Y ( the list of Ministries/Departments whose notifications on mandatory QCOs that are exempted by the DGFT for goods to be utilized /consumed in manufacture of export products) . The updated Appendix 2Y is reproduced herewith:

Effect of this Public Notice:
