Form of Annual Statement of Accounts and Records

The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts and Records) Amendment Rules, 2022.

G.S.R. 521(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (h) of subsection (2) of section 51 of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts and Records) Rules, 2015, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts and Records) Amendment Rules, 2022.
   (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
   
2. In the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Form of Annual Statement of Accounts and Records) Rules, 2015,-
   
   (i) in Schedule 3, in the entries under item 3, in sub-item (b), after clause (iii), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
   “(iv) Others” ;
   
   (ii) in Schedule 7, under the heading “CURRENT LIABILITIES” for item 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
   “6. Other Current Liabilities
   (a) Others (Specify)” ;
   
   (iii) in Schedule 21, –
   (A) items 23, 24 and 25 shall be omitted; and
   (B) items 26 to 32 shall respectively be renumbered as items 23 to 29 thereof.

Note : The principal rules were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Subsection (i), dated the 30th June, 2015, vide notification number G.S.R. 519 (E), dated the 26th June, 2015.
