Inclusion of agency in Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of Foreign Trade Policy 2023 in terms of Para 252 c of HBP 2023 – PUBLIC NOTICE No. 11 /2024-25

F. No. 01/53/8/AM20/PSIA-2/IC/E-18059.—In exercise of powers conferred under the paragraph 1.03 and
2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby includes the following agencies in Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023 in terms of Para 2.52 (c) of Handbook of Procedure (HBP), 2023 with immediate effect :-
