MCA Extends CCFS-2026 Compliance Scheme Till 15 September 2026
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has further extended the validity of the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) up to 15 September 2026.
The scheme was introduced through General Circular No. 01/2026 dated 24 February 2026 to provide companies with an opportunity to complete their pending statutory filings and regularise their compliance position.
Initially, the scheme was available up to 15 July 2026. Subsequently, MCA extended the deadline to 31 August 2026 through General Circular No. 03/2026 dated 8 July 2026.
Considering representations received from various stakeholders, MCA has now decided to provide an additional extension. Accordingly, companies can avail the benefits of CCFS-2026 until 15 September 2026.
