Summary: MCA Update on New Company Forms (Effective 14th July 2025)
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) will launch 38 new Company Forms (including 13 Annual Filing and 6 Audit/Cost Audit forms) on 14th July 2025 at 12:00 AM through the V3 MCA21 portal.
Key Points:
- V2 e-Filing Disabled: From 18th June 2025 (12:00 AM), e-filings on V2 will be disabled. Ensure no SRNs are pending for payment/resubmission.
- Offline Payments Stopped: From 8th June 2025 (12:00 AM), the “Pay Later” option in V2 will be discontinued. Use online payment methods only.
- V3 Downtime: V3 portal will be unavailable from 9th July to 13th July 2025. Submit/resubmit all V3 forms before this period—no fee waiver or extension will be provided.
- User ID & DSC Update: Upgrade/create V3 Business User ID and link DSC if not done already.
- Pending SRNs: Upload details of Security Holders/Depositors and Subsidiaries by 17th June 2025, or SRNs will be marked as NTBR (Not to be Reopened).
