Notification for Enhancement in Family Pension of employees Treatment of additional liability.
S.O. 2142(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 53 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949), the Central Government, on the recommendation of the Reserve Bank of India, hereby declares that the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 15 of the said Act shall not apply
to a banking company for a period upto 31st March, 2026, in so far as it relates to the treatment of
unamortised expenditure on account of enhancement in family pension as set out in the Reserve Bank of
India circular DOR.ACC.REC.57/21.04.018/2021-22 dated 4th October, 2021.
