Notification No. 4 on Fee for filing nomination
No. 54-Bye-EL(b)/4/2022 : In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 10 of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has decided that in respect of bye-election to its Twenty Fifth Council from Western India Regional Constituency to be held in September, 2022, a candidate for election shall pay a fee of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) for his candidature, irrespective of the number of nominations that may be filed.
The said fee is required to be paid by way of a demand draft drawn in favour of Secretary, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at New Delhi.
