Notification of reconstitution of advisory committee for MSME Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises as provided in the Chapter III sub section (2) of section 7 of the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act 2006 (27 of 2006) request for Gazette notification regarding

S.O. 1173(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006), the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Committee for a period of two years from the date of publication of this notification, consisting of the following members, namely:-

1. Secretary to the Government of India in the Chairperson, ex-officio
   Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
   
2. Secretary to the Government of India or his representative Member, ex-officio
   not below the rank of Joint Secretary in the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry
   
3. Secretary to the Government of India or his representative Member, ex-officio
   not below the rank of Joint Secretary in the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance
   
4. Secretary to the Government of India or his representative Member, ex-officio
   not below the rank of Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship
   
5. Secretary to the Government of India or his representative Member, ex-officio
   not below the rank of Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change
   
6. Secretary to the Government of India or his representative Member, ex-officio
   not below the rank of Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Food Processing Industries
   
7. Principal Secretary or Secretary Member, ex-officio
