Reconstitution of the Advisory Board
G.S.R. 159(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988), and in supersession of the Notifications of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, G.S.R. No. 208(E) dated 16.3.2022 and GSR No. 300(E) dated 18.04.2022 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby reconstitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one year, consisting of:-
i) Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva – Chairperson
ii) Hon’ble Mr. Justice Subramonium Prasad – Member
iii) Hon’ble Mr. Justice Jasmeet Singh – Member
- This notification shall come into force with effect from 23rd March, 2023.
