Rescind the notification vide SO. 780(E) dated the 22nd February 2018
S.O. 406(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 189 of the
Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs published on 23rd February, 2018, in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide SO. 780(E), dated the 22nd February, 2018, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
