Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), vide Press Releases dated 04th May, 2023 and 12th October 2023 had invited suggestions from the public to simplify, ease and reduce cost of compliance of Regulations notified under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 till date . Last date to submit comments on regulations issued by Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) is 31st December 2023.
