Tribunal to adjudicate the disputes in matter of election

S.O. 1118(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10B of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 (56 of 1980) read with rule 3 of the Company Secretaries (Election Tribunal) Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby establishes a Tribunal consisting of the following persons to adjudicate the disputes in matter of election to the council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India held in December, 2022, namely:

1. Shri R S Verma – Presiding Officer;

2. Shri Santanu Mitra – Member;
   Senior Economic Advisor,

   Deputy Director General
   Ministry of Corporate Affairs

This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette
