Detachment of Tohana from the Jurisdiction of Hisar Branch
Notification for detachment of Tohana from the Jurisdiction of Hisar Branch- Notification No. 1-CA (7)/206/2023
Whereas, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India vide notification no. 28-RC (8)/5/88 dated 30th August, 1988 w.e.f. loth August, 1988 had set up a Branch of Northern India Regional Council at Hisar under Regulation 159(1) of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.
Now in partial modification of the aforesaid notification, the Council of the Institute hereby notify the detachment of Tohana from the Jurisdiction of Hisar Branch of NIRC of ICAI.
The effective date of detachment of Tohana from the Jurisdiction of Hisar Branch of NIRC of ICAI will be January 18th 2023.
