Extension for Filing Annual RoDTEP Return (ARR) – FY 2023–24

In exercise of the powers under paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, as amended from time to time, the due date for filing the Annual RoDTEP Return (ARR) for Financial Year 2023–24 has been further extended up to 31.03.2026, subject to payment of a composition fee of ₹15,000. This extension is effective from the date of publication of this Public Notice.

In cases where the ARR is not filed by the extended deadline, action shall be taken in accordance with paragraph 4.94 of the Handbook of Procedures (HBP) 2023, which may include denial of RoDTEP benefits and scroll-out of scrips.

Effect of this Public Notice:
The timeline for filing the ARR for FY 2023–24 stands extended from 30.11.2025 to 31.03.2026, with a composition fee of ₹15,000, in the interest of ease of doing business and export promotion.
