Government reconstitutes an Advisory Board
G.S.R. 208(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act,1988 (46 of 1988) and in supersession of the Notifications of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, G.S.R. No. 193 (E) dated 16th March, 2021 and G.S.R. No. 507 (E) dated 26th July, 2021 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby reconstitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one year, consisting of :-
(i) Hon’ble Mr. Justice C. Hari Shankar – Chairperson
(ii) Hon’ble Ms. Justice Jyoti Singh – Member
(iii) Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajnish Bhatnagar – Member
- This notification shall come into force with effect from 23rd March, 2022
