Important announcement for WOFA 2025 and 75th Annual Function of ICAI

In view of the presence of the Hon’ble Vice President of India as the Chief Guest on 2nd February 2025, the following guidelines must be followed:

• 1. Restricted Items in Conference Premises:
  • Bags, Laptop Bags, Handbags
  • Remote car keys
  • MacBooks, Laptops, Cameras and any other electronic gadgets
  • Arms, Ammunitions, Binoculars and any other inflammable items etc.
    
• 2. Facilitation Centres for Depositing Items:
  For convenience of the attendees , ICAI has set up Facilitation Centres at:
  • The Cloakroom near the Registration Area (for suitcases and large luggage)
  • The Exhibition Hall 1 Foyer Area (just near the frisking point)
  Participants carrying restricted items shall deposit them at these locations.
• 3. Entry to Main Building Convention Centre:
  • Entry to the Convention Centre from 1st Floor of Exhibition Area through Connecting Bridge and through Ground Floor of the Convention Centre.
  • Entry to Brahma Kamal Hall is through Ground Floor and Second Floor only.
    
• 4. Must carry your Government Identity proof.
