MCA Grants Relief on Delayed Filing of DPT-3 for FY 2025-26
Relaxation in paying additional fees in case of delay in filing DPT-3 for Financial Year ended on 31 March 2026 up to 31st July 2026
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has provided temporary relief to companies regarding the filing of Form DPT-3 (Return of Deposits) for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.
Normally, the due date for submitting Form DPT-3 for FY 2025-26 is 30 June 2026. However, considering the ongoing data centre restoration and capacity enhancement work following the fire incident reported on 5 June 2026, companies have been granted additional time to complete the filing.
Accordingly, Form DPT-3 for FY 2025-26 may be filed up to 31 July 2026 without payment of any additional filing fees.
The relaxation has been approved by the competent authority and is intended to facilitate compliance during the period of system restoration and operational recovery.
