MCA Relaxes Additional Fees for Filing CRA-4 for FY 2025-26
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has announced a relaxation in additional filing fees for submitting Form CRA-4 (Cost Audit Report in XBRL format) for the financial year 2025-26.
As per the General Circular, companies filing Form CRA-4 for FY 2025-26 on or before 31 December 2026 will not be required to pay any additional filing fees.
However, filings made after the expiry of the relaxation period will attract the applicable normal and additional fees, as prescribed under the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014. Such fees will be calculated from the original due date determined under Rule 6(6) of the Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Rules, 2014.
The circular has been issued with the approval of the competent authority.
