DGFT Authorises PDCCI to Issue Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), exercising its powers under Paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023, has granted authorization to a new agency for issuing Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential).
With immediate effect, the following organization has been included among the authorised agencies:

Consequent to this approval, PDCCI has been incorporated under Serial No. 18 (Rajkot) in Appendix 2E of the FTP 2023, which contains the list of agencies authorised to issue Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin.
Impact of the Notification
The inclusion of PDCCI expands the network of authorised bodies empowered to issue Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin. Exporters in and around Porbandar will now be able to obtain these certificates directly from PDCCI, facilitating smoother export documentation and trade-related compliance.
