Step 1: Log in to the E-filing portal

Step 2: Go to the E-File option and select Submit Tax Evasion Petition or Benami Property Holding

Step 3: Select the appropriate option from the following:

• File Complaint
• View Filed Complaints
• Claim Reward

Step 4: Select the form which you need to file:

FORM 1- Complaint regarding Tax Evasion

FORM 2- Complaint regarding Undisclosed Foreign Assets

FORM 3- Complaint regarding Benami Properties/Transactions
