Extension of Last Date for Submitting MEF 2026-27
NOTICE – EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF MEF 2026–27
The last date for submission of the Multipurpose Empanelment Form (MEF) for the year 2026–27 has been extended to provide members additional time to complete and submit their applications.
Accordingly, the revised deadline for online submission of MEF 2026–27 is 9 September 2026, instead of the earlier deadline of 29 August 2026.
Members are requested to note that no further extension is expected beyond 9 September 2026, as the Panel Development Committee (PDC) is required to forward the Bank Branch Auditors’ Panel to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) within the prescribed schedule.
Applicants are advised to carefully review the relevant MEF Advisory and instructions before completing the form to ensure that all required information is furnished correctly.
