DGFT revises trade finance sub-committee under Niryat Protsahan
Revised Composition of Sub-Committee on Trade Finance under Niryat Protsahan Sub-scheme of Export Promotion Mission – Trade Notice No. 29/2026-27
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has notified a revised composition of the Sub-Committee on Trade Finance constituted under the Niryat Protsahan sub-scheme of the Export Promotion Mission (EPM).
The Sub-Committee is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the implementation of various trade finance interventions introduced under the Niryat Protsahan sub-scheme.
Earlier, the composition of the Sub-Committee for different trade finance interventions was notified through Trade Notices No. 20/2025-26 and 21/2025-26 dated 2 January 2026, Trade Notice No. 25/2025-26 dated 20 February 2026, and Trade Notices No. 31/2025-26 and 32/2025-26 dated 6 March 2026.
Revised Composition
The revised Sub-Committee will have a common composition applicable to all Trade Finance interventions under the Niryat Protsahan sub-scheme. The members and their respective roles are as follows:

Additional Participation
The Sub-Committee may include additional members or invite other participants whenever considered necessary. Domain specialists and industry professionals with relevant experience in trade finance may also be associated for technical assessment or other matters requiring specialised expertise.
Other Provisions Unchanged
The DGFT has clarified that all other provisions contained in the Trade Notices issued under the Niryat Protsahan sub-scheme of the Export Promotion Mission will continue without any change.
The revised composition has been notified with the approval of the Competent Authority.
