Extension for Filing DIR-3 KYC till 31st October 2025
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the due date for filing e-Form DIR-3 KYC and web-form DIR-3 KYC-WEB without payment of any filing fee up to 31st October 2025.
This means that directors who have not yet completed their KYC verification can file or update their details without incurring the ₹5,000 late filing fee if done before the extended date.
The relaxation has been granted with the approval of the competent authority and is in continuation of the earlier General Circular No. 04/2025 dated 29th September 2025.
