Appointment of the Whole Time Member in IBBI
S.O. 3212(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code,
2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Jayanti Prasad, as a Whole time member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post i.e. with effect from the 5th July, 2022 or upto the age of sixty-five years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
