SECTION I
NOTICE FOR INVITING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
ICAI Bhawan, I.P. Marg, New Delhi –110002
Applications are hereby invited from eligible Chartered Accountants firms for Auditing the Financial Documents of the CA Firms and Partners/ Members submitted by Multipurpose Empanelment Form (MEF) 2020-21 Applicants.

| 4 | Last Date, Time and Address for Submission of EOI | It should be submitted at https://app.meficai.org/eoi as given in Section VII |
| 5 | Timelines | The audit of the Financial documents (FDs) of MEF applications 2020-21 should be completed within 10 days of awarding the initial lot of applications. |
NOTE:
No sub-letting of the assignment will be allowed.
Any amendment/corrigendum to the EOI documents will be posted on the ICAI’s Website www.icai.org
The ICAI reserves the right to call for any other details or information from any of the CA firms.
ICAI reserves all rights to assign the work of audit of Financial Documents (FDs) to more than one CA firm out of the CA firms empanelled. In this regard, the decision of ICAI shall be final and binding on all the participants. Mere Empanelment shall not vest any right to be awarded with the work.
ICAI reserves the right to cancel the entire empanelment process without
assigning any reason.
