Coming into force of section 45 and section 64B of the Competition Act – NOTIFICATION
S.O. 4672(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023 (9 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints the 26th October, 2023 as the date on which section 45, in so far as it relates to Section 64B and the entries relating thereto, of the said Act shall come into force.
